ZAV is an Association for Zambians living in Victoria Australia. Our aim is to uphold the cultural values in our community and provide assistance to newly arriving Zambians.We intend to strengthen the brotherhood/sisterhood ties and to assist each other in times of need

The EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE is the steering committee for the whole association and is responsible for all administrative issues.

The Association also has four sub-committees which are responsible for various activities as delegated by the Executive Committee.

FINANCE/FUNDRAISING - This committee will among other things oversee the budgeting, fundraising and other related activities.

SOCIAL/CULTURAL - This committee will address issues of unity, community participation, migration assistance and so forth

TECHNICAL - This committee will deal with all technical issues in regards to information communication, maintenance and database management for the association

STUDENT AFFAIRS - This committee will address matters affecting Zambian students studying in victorian universities, colleges etc and will build a student register.
